We currently have exciting temp-hire opportunity with a global leader in the production of medical Devices in Irwindale, Ca We are seeking applicants with previous experience in Cardiac electrophysiology providing expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians and Electrophysiology Lab Staff on the effective use of company?s systems and catheter equipment. The purpose of this role is to provide Remote Technical troubleshooting support to hospitals during cases on all capital equipment via a remote support platform located in Irwindale, California.Bachelor?s degree or equivalent work experience. Degree in Science or Nursing. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Acts as an educational consultant on all products to customers.Develop and maintain value-added relationships with customers and other partners in respective territory.Provide hands-on product demonstrations and training through group In-services and one on one training events.Assists the Team Leader, New Tech. Specialist, or Sales liaison in opening new accounts in their territory.Effectively demonstrates the proper technique for using the company?s products.Meet or exceeds territory objectives as it relates to customer education and account satisfaction.Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with Sales, Marketing and Technical Services, and Global Education, and all other departments.Complete all administrative duties in a timely manner and within Travel & Entertainment guidelines.Support the releases of new technology.Complete all competencies for all product lines prior to launch.Attend Biomedical Engineering program course in preparation.Participate and collaborate in Marketing off site product development.Continue development from PE Level 2 to desired, defined career path.Demonstrate mastery as a resource call center champion through rotations and/or assignments.Optional Regional EP Symposia presenter.Adhere to all policies and procedures surrounding occupational health and fleet safety programs. Required Education/Training and/or Experience Graduate certification in cardiovascular technology preferred. BS in Biological Sciences, Nursing or related field preferred. Radiology, Imaging, RCS, CVT, Biomedical Engineering, or Pacing/ Device experience required.IBHRE (NASPExAM EP/AP) certification in cardiac electrophysiology required. NASPE certification in cardiac electrophysiology required within three years of employment.Five to Seven years of clinical experience in cardiac medicine/cardiovascular physiology and electrophysiology experience is required. Competency in the utility of Electrophysiology lab equipment with understanding of use and application of CARTO hardware & software preferred. Comments
